Director of Operations/Account Executive

Amy has a tenured career in the insurance industry. In her 20+ years, Amy has experienced nearly all facets of the industry. Beginning in Property, Casualty, Life & Health insurance as a service representative, she progressed into sales, claims management, agency management and finally risk management. Amy is presently focusing on the risk management of Commercial, Construction, & Municipal/Government Property & Casualty risk exposures. 

Amy was recently also promoted to Director of Operations.  In a dual capacity, she not only works directly with her current insurance clients, but also oversees operational tasks in various departments within Paull Associates including Accounting, Administrative, Training & Education, Marketing, IT as well as Real Estate Accounting Support.

Amy has actively continued furthering her education, attaining the nationally recognized Accredited Advisor in Insurance, and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist designations as well as studies to obtain the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

Amy came to us after serving most recently as an Insurance Analyst with a Forbes 500 Wealth Management Firm in Pittsburgh.

Amy is passionate about her Volunteer Charity work, especially that involving animals. She most recently served as Vice President of the Police K-9 Association, Inc. (PK9A) in Canton, OH from 2020-2023, holding a general Board Position from 2016-2020. She was the first civilian to be elected to the Board of Directors since its inception in 1985; she is also a Member of the Grand Lodge Fraternal Order of Police Associates and President of the newly chartered Upper Ohio Valley Fraternal Order of Police Associates Lodge #102. She also formerly served as Vice President, as well as Shelter and Humane Operations Chairs with the Jefferson County Humane Society for several years and still actively supports their Mission.

In her spare time Amy enjoys writing, she has contributed to various finance publications as an insurance author.
