Customer Account Manager, Paull Associates
Laci joined the Paull Associates family in the Real Estate department in 2019, later joining the Insurance department in 2022. Laci will be serving the Commercial Property and Casualty customer service needs. Deeply passionate about serving her clients, she is excited to represent our Insurance Team as a Customer Account Manager.
Laci grew up 15 minutes away from the New River Bridge in the town of Oak Hill, WV. She and her husband decided to call “The Friendly City,” home, and have been living here for the past five years, with their two children and two rescue dogs. Joshua is a geologist in St. Clairsville, Ohio, and their children attend West Liberty Elementary.
Laci volunteers on the Board of the Smokin’ Joes Baseball Club, the PTO of West Liberty Elementary, and is a member of The Friends of Wheeling.
